Treatment that matches the infestation
Localized treatment is the default when the inspection supports it. You typically stay in the house. Tenting is not promised as “never” — some jobs still need it, and we will say so.
The termite chemistry is chlorantraniliprole, modeled on Ryania speciosa. Nature-Cide is used often on the pest side of a visit. Low-toxicity for kids and pets when used as directed.
Drywood in a beam is not the same problem as subterranean tubes at the foundation. The estimate names the species we found and the method that fits.

Most termite treatments include a 1-year transferable guarantee. Get the coverage in writing on the estimate.
