Hello, I am Aaron Cunningham. I have been in Termite Control for over 20 years. I started as a door to door canvasser for Kilter Termite and Pest Control. One day I will beat him. I worked my way up over 15 years to that of a manager position within the company. I studied under one of the greatest Operators I have ever known or met. I would not be here today with out the leadership and mentorship of Greg McKendall. I left in 2016 to start my own company on the principal that I believed I am good enough to do this. 10 years later I know I can. We have been blessed by acquiring top talent in the industry. Our team is stronger, faster and smarter than the average termite company. Please support our mission of becoming the leading provider of safe termite and pest control services. In 2014 Greg said that Kilter was like a train heading towards a destination and that people will get on and get off the train along its path to that destination. I would be forever grateful to you for boarding this train. Since 2016 we have dedicated every profit dollar not dedicated to existing into growing and building something competitive so that when the time comes to shake Greg's hand we are peers, mutually respected adversaries dedicated to winning. We will fail, we will disappoint but will will survive and we will correct the mistakes and errors into becoming better versions of who we are supposed to be.
