Exclusion means building them out. Typical work: seal gaps at the roofline and eaves, screen vents that are chewed or missing, tighten garage door gaps, and close utility penetrations.
Skip this step and bait stations become a monthly subscription to the same rats. We write the openings on the estimate so you can see the scope before anyone drills.
Control after the holes are closed
Once entries are addressed, we handle activity still in the structure. Method depends on what we found — not a one-can spray.
Products we use on pest visits are chosen for the job. Nature-Cide shows up often. Anything applied is used as directed; low-toxicity language for kids and pets applies when the label says so, not as a slogan.
